Terms of Engagement

These Terms govern formal client engagements, proposals, and deliverables provided by ANLOGIX Studio across our Nigerian and international studio quarters.

1. Full Intellectual Property Transfer

Upon complete settlement of agreed project fees, 100% of custom source code, vector brand assets, typography guidelines, and design systems become the exclusive intellectual property of the client. ANLOGIX Studio retains zero proprietary lock-in over client codebases.

2. Originality Guarantee

We warrant that all custom designs and engineering architectures produced under custom engagements are original creations crafted specifically for the client and do not knowingly infringe on any registered trademark or copyright.

3. Governing Law

Agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction in Lagos State and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
